2/ How long we store personal data
Alteys Editions retains Personal Data for a period that does not exceed the period necessary for the purposes described in the Personal data that we collect section hereof.
For example, personal information collected for contractual purposes will be retained for the duration of the contract and, depending on the requirements of local law, for a maximum of 10 years after its termination for legal, tax and / or accounting reasons.
On the other hand, Alteys Editions may keep your Data for commercial prospecting purposes up to 3 years after the end of your contract or our last contact, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Data, we delete or anonymize it.

The Data collected by Alteys Editions is kept in a secure environment. Alteys Editions takes all appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Data in order to protect them against any loss, accidental destruction, alteration and unauthorized access.
However, Alteys Editions does not control all the risks associated with the Internet. As such, you consult the Site at your own risk, and Alteys Editions cannot be held responsible for a security breach that it is unable to remedy.
